Day 1: Tashkent

• Arrival, transfer to hotel, early check-in, breakfast
• City tour: Amir Timur Square, Opera House, Independence Square, Earthquake Memorial
• Lunch at Central Asian Plov Center
• Visit Khast Imam, Chorsu Bazaar, Tashkent Metro
• Dinner at a local restaurant

Day 2: Tashkent – Urgench – Khiva

• Flight to Urgench, transfer to Khiva
• Walking tour of Ichan-Kala complex
• Overnight in Khiva

Day 3: Khiva – Bukhara

• Transfer/train to Bukhara
• Tea at Spices of the Silk Road
• Dinner at a local restaurant

Day 4: Bukhara

• Walking tour of Old City
• Lagman cooking class
• Visit Poi Kalon, Ark Fortress

Day 5: Bukhara – Gijduvan – Samarkand

• Visit Gijduvan pottery workshop
• Lunch (Nukhat Shurak)
• Samarkand winery excursion & wine tasting

Day 6: Samarkand

• City tour: Registan, Gur Emir, Bibi Khanum, Shahi Zinda, Observatory
• Plov cooking masterclass
• Dinner (Manti)

Day 7: Samarkand – Tashkent

• Transfer via Jizzakh – lunch on the way (Samsa)
• Dinner (Khonim, salads, sweets)

Day 8: Tashkent

• Transfer to airport and departure
