Day 1 – Khiva → Kunya Urgench → Darwaza

  • 08:00 – Transfer to Turkmen border post Shavat/Dashoguz (1–2 hrs for customs).
  • Meet guide/driver. Continue to Kunya Urgench.
  • Visit: Nadzhimetdin Kubra Mausoleum, Torebeg-Hanym Mausoleum, Mamun Minaret, Kutlug-Timur Minaret, Kyrkmolla Mausoleum, Arslan II Mausoleum.
  • Drive through Karakum Desert to Darwaza Gas Crater.
  • BBQ dinner and overnight in yurt/tent at the crater.

Day 2 – Darwaza → Ashgabat

  • Breakfast at camp. Transfer to Ashgabat.
  • Visit: Ancient Nissa (UNESCO), Turkmenbashi Mosque-Mausoleum, Ertogrul Gazy Mosque, Independence Park, Neutrality Arch, National Museum.
  • Overnight at hotel in Ashgabat.

Day 3 – Ashgabat → Mary → Bukhara

  • 08:00 – Flight Ashgabat → Mary (arrive 08:40).
  • Visit Ancient Merv (UNESCO): Sultan Sanjar Mausoleum, Mohammed bin Said Mausoleum, Kesks fortresses, Merv History Museum.
  • Drive to Alat/Farab border. Cross customs (~2 hrs).
  • Transfer to Bukhara hotel. End of tour.
