Tour itinerary: Khiva – Kunya Urgench – Darwaza – Ashgabat – Mary – Bukhara

Day 1 – Khiva – Kunya Urgench – Darwaza

• 08:00 – Transfer to Turkmen border post Shavat/Dashoguz. Pass customs (1–2 hrs).
• Meet guide/driver on Turkmen side. Transfer to Kunya Urgench.
• Visit Nadzhimetdin Kubra Mausoleum (XII–XIII c), Torebeg-Hanym Mausoleum, Mamun Minaret (X–XI c), Kutlug-Timur Minaret (Central Asia’s tallest), Kyrkmolla Mausoleum (II BC–III AD), and Arslan II Mausoleum (XI c).
• Transfer through Karakum Desert to Darwaza Gas Crater – burning since 1971. Overnight in yurt/tent with BBQ dinner.

Day 2 – Darwaza – Ashgabat

• Breakfast at camp. Transfer to Ashgabat.
• Visit Ancient Nissa (UNESCO), Turkmenbashi Mosque-Mausoleum (Central Asia’s largest mosque), Ertogrul Gazy Mosque (inspired by Istanbul's Blue Mosque), Independence Park & Monument (118 m tall), Neutrality Arch (sun-tracking tower), and the National Museum (166+ expositions from Nissa & Merv).
• Overnight at hotel in Ashgabat.

Day 3 – Ashgabat – Mary – Bukhara

• Morning transfer to airport. 08:00 flight to Mary. 08:40 arrival.
• Visit Ancient Merv (UNESCO): Sultan Sanjar Mausoleum (38 m tall Seljuk monument), Mohammed bin Said Mausoleum, Kesk fortresses (6–7th c), and Merv History Museum.
• Transfer to Turkmen-Uzbek border Alat/Farab. Cross customs (~2 hrs).
• 16:00 Meet driver in Uzbekistan. Transfer to Bukhara hotel. End of tour.
