Day 1 — Arrival in Tashkent Welcome to Uzbekistan
  • Arrival in Tashkent.
  • Meet & greet at the airport by our representative.
  • Private transfer to the hotel and early check-in (if needed).
  • Free time to rest after the flight or explore the city on your own.

Day 2 — Tashkent → Nukus & Muynak Aral Sea region
  • Transfer to Tashkent airport for the morning flight to Nukus.
  • Drive to Muynak, once a busy fishing port on the Aral Sea.
  • Visit the famous Ship Cemetery – rusting ships stranded in the desert.
  • Learn about the history and environmental tragedy of the Aral Sea at the local museum.
  • On the way back to Nukus, stop at Mizdakhan necropolis and the ruins of Gyaur-Kala.

Day 3 — Nukus → Khiva via Ayaz-Kala & Toprak-Kala Ancient fortresses
  • Morning visit to the Savitsky Art Museum (subject to opening days).
  • Departure from Nukus towards Khiva.
  • En route, stop at the ancient desert fortresses Ayaz-Kala and Toprak-Kala.
  • Continue through the Kyzylkum desert to Khiva.
  • Evening arrival and check-in at the hotel inside or near the old city.

Day 4 — Khiva & Ichan-Kala Museum city
  • Full-day guided walking tour in Ichan-Kala (the walled old town of Khiva).
  • Visit Kunya-Ark fortress, Kalta Minor minaret, Islam-Khoja complex and Juma Mosque.
  • Walk along narrow streets, old caravanserais and traditional houses.
  • Enjoy panoramic views from one of the city walls or minaret rooftops (if accessible).
  • Free time in the evening for photos and shopping.

Day 5 — Khiva → Bukhara (via Kyzylkum Desert) Long drive day

  • Arrival in Bukhara in the evening and hotel check-in.

Day 6 — Bukhara City Tour Old Bukhara
  • Full-day guided walking tour in Bukhara’s historical center.
  • Visit Lyabi Hauz ensemble, Poi-Kalon complex (minaret, mosque & madrassah), Ark fortress.
  • Explore the old trading domes and traditional craft shops.
  • Optional evening: folk show or traditional dinner (on request).

Day 7 — Bukhara → Shakhrisabz → Samarkand Mountains & Timur’s birthplace
  • Depart Bukhara and drive towards Shakhrisabz via the Takhta Karacha mountain pass (weather permitting).
  • In Shakhrisabz, visit Ak-Saray Palace ruins, Kok Gumbaz Mosque and Dorus-Saodat complex.
  • Continue to Samarkand in the afternoon.
  • Arrival in Samarkand and check-in at the hotel.

Day 8 — Samarkand City Tour Silk Road highlight
  • Full-day guided tour of Samarkand.
  • Visit Registan Square, the heart of Timurid Samarkand.
  • Explore Shah-i-Zinda necropolis and Bibi-Khanym Mosque.
  • Visit Ulugbek Observatory and Gur-Emir Mausoleum (tomb of Tamerlane).

Day 9 — Samarkand → Tashkent (Afrosiyob train) Back to the capital
  • Free morning in Samarkand for last visits, shopping or cafes.
  • Transfer to the railway station.
  • Afternoon / early evening high-speed train “Afrosiyob” to Tashkent (e.g. 17:28–19:44, schedule subject to change).
  • Arrival in Tashkent and transfer to the hotel.

Day 10 — Tashkent City Tour & Departure Last impressions
  • City tour in Tashkent (depending on flight time).
  • Possible visits: Khast-Imam complex, Chorsu Bazaar, Tashkent Metro, Amir Timur Square.

  • Transfer to the airport for departure flight.
